You can buy body jewelry like this and wear it over a leotard that matches your skin tone. Or, there is a similar leotard with clear straps. But will the leotard REALLY match your skin tone and will the body jewels fit? Taylor’s are obviously custom made.
I also found a jeweled bodysuit with jewels which is so pretty. But expensive, and it only comes in beige and black. And only in S-M-L.
This long sleeved bodysuit isn’t as blingy, but if offers the overall look, is only $20 with coupon and comes in S-XXL.
