Emily in Paris Season 6 Watch Guide
It’s the end of an era.
Emily in Paris debuted in October 2020 and was a bright spot during the pandemic.
After that, we followed Emily through love and heartbreak, friendships lost and strengthened, and so many adventures.
Emily’s story is “fin” on December 24, when Season 6 premieres on Netflix. This last season will take Emily (and us) to Greece and Monaco, with Paris still holding down the fort as home base.

Emily in Paris Season 1
Midwesterner Emily Cooper takes a marketing job at French firm Savoir after her boss Madeline finds out she’s pregnant and can’t make the trip.
Emily, who speaks zero French, immediately gets labeled la plouc (“the hick”) by her new French coworkers, including her chic and intimidating boss, Sylvie.
Emily stumbles through a string of social-media-fueled workplace wins and disasters, but her wacky/genius ideas win over eccentric (and legendary) French designer Pierre Cadault. Emily helps pull off Cadault’s Fashion Week comeback.
On the romance side, Emily ends her long distance romance with a Chicago boyfriend. She falls hard for her gorgeous neighbor Gabriel, a chef. It’s a huge blow when Emily discovers that Gabriel is dating her new friend Camille.
The finale ends as Gabriel prepares to move back to Normandy to start his own restaurant. He and Emily sleep together, thinking this is their last chance to be together. Then Antoine, Sylvie’s married lover decides to be the financial backer for a new restaurant for Gabriel … in Paris.
Emily in Paris Season 2
Emily, upset about the love triangle she finds herself in, agrees to go on a trip with Mathieu, Pierre Cadault’s nephew. Camille is devastated when she finds out Emily and Gabriel slept together.
On the professional front, Emily helps Camille’s family with a marketing plan for their lower cost champagne.
Emily finally takes a French class and falls for one of her classmates: Alfie, a British banker. Madeline, Emily’s American boss, announces that she’s coming to Paris. Pierre fires the Savoir team, and Sylvie and the team quit.
The finale twist: Emily realizes she’s still in love with Gabriel and goes to tell him, only to find out he’s asked Camille to move in with him.
Emily in Paris Season 3
Sylvie opens a brand new firm, Agence Grateau, which struggles at first before landing major names like Pierre Cadault and McLaren. But Sylvie is shocked when Cadault sells his company to luxury conglomerate JVMA. After Madeline insists that Emily come back with her to the U.S., Emily quits and is hired by Sylvie.
On the romance front, Emily and Alfie reconcile after a rocky stretch. Gabriel and Camille get engaged, but Camille calls off the wedding at the altar after sensing Gabriel still has feelings for Emily.
Mindy starts dating wealthy JVMA exec Nicolas de Leon. The finale drops two grenades at once: Camille’s pregnancy is revealed. Alfie, suspecting that Emily loves Gabriel, breaks up with Emily.
Emily in Paris Season 4
Emily and Alfie have an awkward reunion after images of them together are used for a new campaign … which requires them to kiss. Gabriel sees this.
Camille is missing, forcing Emily tells Gabriel about Camille’s secret friendship with Sofia, a Greek artist. Camille and Sofia come back to Paris, moving in with Gabriel.
At a masquerade party, Alfie kisses a woman dressed like Emily, while Emily leaves the party with Gabriel. Camille discovers she is not actually pregnant, but hides this from Gabriel.
After Emily’s flight home for Christmas gets cancelled, Camille invites Emily to her family’s ski chalet. On the ski slopes, Gabriel hovers protectively over Camille, while Emily meets a handsome Italian named Marcello.
Emily visits Marcello in Italy and discovers he’s the heir to luxury cashmere brand. Umberto Muratori. After Emily helps Sylvie land the firm as a client, Sylvie makes her head of Agence Grateau’s new Rome office.
The season ends with Gabriel headed to Rome to win Emily back.
Emily in Paris Season 5
Mindy and Alfie are now a couple, unbeknownst to Emily. One of Marcello’s exes warns Emily that he’s a player and not to be trusted.
Emily and Sylvie pair up Umberto Muratori with Antoine for a new fragrance. But Antonia fires Agence Grateau after the publicity causes her small town to become overrun with tourists and influencers. Emily is shocked when Marcello tells her he’s been negotiating with JVMA to sell his family’s company.
After Sylvie closes the Rome office, Emily returns to Paris, where Antoine and Gabriel are fighting about the restaurant menu. Gabriel takes a job as a private chef on a billionaire’s yacht.
Marcello, who has left his family’s company to start his own fashion line, asks Emily for help. When Emily finds a ring in his hotel room, she’s worried he’s going to propose. When she learns that he wants to live in Italy, they agree that to go their separate ways.
Back in Paris, Gabriel and Emily meet for lunch, hoping to be friends again.
Sylvie learns that her husband is in serious debt, putting her agency at risk.
Back on yacht chef duties, (and after learning Emily is single again) Gabriel sends her a postcard inviting her to join him in Greece. The season closes without an answer.
Emily in Paris Season 6: What We Know
Season 6 is Emily in Paris’s final season, premiering December 24, 2026. It picks up from that Greece postcard cliffhanger, with new episodes set in Greece and at the Monaco Grand Prix.
