Extra! Extra! 17

Extra! Extra!

Extra! Extra! is my weekly Sunday post featuring brand new additions to my TBR pile as well as a summary of what’s coming up on the blog.

This week I will have very limited internet access, so I’m not linking up.

I hope you’ve been enjoying my Back to School feature, highlighting great middle grade and tween books … with an amazing giveaway!  If you missed it, here’s the schedule:

August 9:  Liar & Spy by Rebecca Stead
August 10: Wishing Spell by Chris Colfer
August 11: When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead
August 13: In a Glass Grimmly by Adam Gidwitz
August 16: The Sinister Sweetness of Splendid Academy by Nikki Loftin
August 17: The Spindlers by Lauren Oliver
Highlighted titles take you to the Goodreads page. To enter the giveaway, go to any of the above dated posts to find the Rafflecopter!

In book news, I did get some great new e-ARCs for my kindle:

THANK YOU to HarperTeen, Balzer + Bray, Bloomsbury, and Random House. I can’t wait to read these!

And I had two Freebie Friday winners last week:

Tiffany of Caught in a Snyder Web, who chose Auracle by Gina Rosati

Mary of MaryAnn Writes and Reads, who chose Survive by Alex Morel

Thanks for stopping by! If you comment, I’ll be sure to visit back as soon as I can!

  1. Through To You and Send Me a Sign both sound really good. I have Breathe and can't wait to read it. Great books you got this week chick!!

  2. I look forward to your reviews. Especially for Send Me a Sign and The Brides of Rollrock Island. This is the first I have heard of those books.

  3. Gahhh, I am so jealous of your copy of Breathe! I'm like dying to read that book. And it has such a gorgeous cover! I have Through to You too and I can't wait to read it!
    Happy reading! ^__^

  4. I really want to read Breathe. Through to You sounds good but so sad. I'll have to see what you think first. I don't like when people's love interest dies. Makes me sad. But Breathe seems cool. It would be so scary to venture out and run out of air. I would stay in that bubble thing. Happy reading!
